A buck is a cocktail that is made with ginger ale or ginger beer, citrus juice, and a spirit of your choice, usually a bourbon or whiskey. Served in a highball glass over ice, this is a super easy and incredibly refreshing cocktail to sip on.
Not only is this recipe incredibly simple to make at home, it's super fun! We've sourced some delicious apricot jam that you can use as a spread to enjoy with your cocktail.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Woodford Reserve bourbon
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam
- .75 oz lime juice
- Ginger beer
Instructions:
- Add bourbon, lime juice and apricot jam into shaker and stir until jam is dissolved
- Add ice and shake for 20 seconds
- Strain mixture into highball glass over ice
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with dehydrated apricot and lime wheel
