- 1.5 oz of your chosen spirit
- 2 oz pear and chai mix
- 4 oz chai tea
- dehydrated lemon wheel
- Brew one cup of chai tea
- Pour pear and chai mix and chosen spirit into tea and serve hot
- To serve cold, chill mixture in the fridge and serve over ice
- Garish with dehydrated lemon wheel
