Happy Día de Muertos! We're celebrating with a fun twist on a pomegranate mezcal margarita, featuring our Fiesta cocktail rimmer.

This recipe is super easy to make, using one of our favourite mezcals, Los Siete Misterios. The earthy flavour of this mezcal and the tartness of the pomegranate juice make this an instant fall favourite.

Of course, we can't forget our Fiesta cocktail rimmer, made with pink himalayan sea salt, and infused with grapefruit zest and lime zest to give you a fresh citrus burst to your margaritas.

Ingredients:

    • 1.5 oz mezcal
    • .5 oz Grand Marnier
    • 1 oz pomegranate juice
    • .5 oz fresh lime juice 
    • lime wedges (for garnish)
    • Fiesta cocktail rimmer 

Instructions:

  1. Pour 1 tablespoon of Fiesta cocktail rimmer onto a plate
  2. Moisten the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and evenly dip your glass into rimmer
  3. Add all ingredients and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds
  4. Pour mixture into rimmed glass
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge (optional)
