Neill Collins cocktail recipe
Move over Tom, the Neill Collins is here. Enjoy this refreshing take on the Tom Collins classic cocktail using Whitley Neill blood orange gin.
This delicious cocktail is so easy to make at home - but the trick is using fresh ingredients. Make sure to use freshly squeezed lemon juice, fresh basil, and for a twist in flavour we're using chamomile honey syrup to add a bit of sweetness.

- 1.5 oz Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
- 3-4 basil leaves
- .5 oz chamomile honey syrup
- .5 oz lemon
- top with tonic water
- Add all ingredients into highball glass
- Add ice and stir mixture
- Top with tonic water and stir again
- Garnish with lemon wheel
