- 1.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1 strawberry (diced)
- .5 oz lime juice
- 1 tbsp Havana cocktail rimmer
- Top with Fever-Tree refreshingly light cucumber tonic
- Pour 1 tablespoon of Havana cocktail rimmer in a glass
- Add chopped strawberries, lime juice and gin
- Add ice and stir
- Top with tonic water
- Garnish with lime wheel
