White Christmas coconut mojito recipe
Cheers to another White Christmas this year! There's plenty of snowfall here in Toronto and we're getting jolly over here with this coconut mojito recipe featuring our Havana cocktail rimmer.
Infused with lime, mint, raw cane sugar, and of course - grapefruit zest to really bring out citrus and herbal notes to your cocktails. It's also a pretty pastel green that just adds a little bit of oomph to your drink! Get your Instagram ready for this beauty.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut rum
- .5 oz coconut milk
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- soda water
- fresh mint leaves
- pomegranate to garnish (optional)
- Havana cocktail rimmer
Instructions:
- Pour 1 tablespoon of Havana cocktail rimmer on a plate
- Moisten the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and evenly dip your glass into rimmer
- Break off a few sprigs of mint and combine with lime juice and 1 teaspoon of Havana cocktail rimmer in a glass and muddle ingredients
- Add ice, rum and coconut water and stir
- Pour cocktail mixture into Havana-rimmed glasses
- Add mint leaves and pomegranate to garnish (optional)
The best thing about this is you can use it both as a cocktail rimmer garnish or directly in your drink! Of course if you'd prefer, you can alway substitute our recipe with simple syrup or a sugar cube.
